XLB STEAMBOAT!

Ever since dimsum buffet, we girls didn't get to meet up hahaha today is another date planned since last week, our xlb steamboat that we failed to have it since months ago! 

3 of us went ahead with some window shopping in town, spending time at Starbucks doing some catchup again while waiting for time to pass and met Siewyin @ Holland V. This girl having her study break but still came lor :D

I loveee how we spent time together even just for a dinner, probably its the laughter and company that matters. @lweijin, have a safe trip ok and we'll see you soon for a dinner! Relax Choya!

As planned since last week, we girls got up earlier than usual (Ok la only Weijin and I in fact) for dimsum buffet! Can't remember when was the last time I had but we came here thanks to Xinghuei's recommendation! It's @ Ban Heng Resturant heh. The porridge was gooooood, actually their dishes not that bad but.... a little bit salty :/ Maybe not a bit, IS VERY SALTY.

*gasps* Fried food platter. Don't really like tooooo oily stuffs, but those were ok!

And off we went for a lil shopping at Bugis, wanted to catch a movie but the timeslots were too late; just when we were sitting at a corner thinking where to go/what to do, Weijin suggested Mahjong!

Yours truly almost drove them to nuts at the start of the game, forever and always hahahaha. Remember the last time we had this was 09's Christmas?! Time fliessssssssss.

There goes our day! Can't wait for our XLB buffet which we've been wanting to eat since a month ago. Finally managed to book seats on the 16th! Heh can't wait!

On a side note, most of the guys and their gfs gonna hate this week.... Simply because they got enlisted! Ah, seeing those girls trying to manage their love sicknesses and all, it got me thinking way back to '08 when I went through this, that feeling aint good at all I know. Hi BFF if you're seeing this, I know you can do it! You got to be and you'll be fine my dear! :> 

This was what's been waking me up since two days ago. Okkk it shows 12pm but I've been waking up at at least 2pm in the afternoon since holidays started? :D Anyway, we girls started our groupchat two days ago and it was amazing how we could actually nonsense our way the whole day virtually too. Tsk, and me? Packed my room, bookshelves, books and notes - left the wardrobe and a whole pile of clothes waiting for me hmmm... And indulging myself in dramas and movies all day long, if not out to some random places hehehhhh. THIS.IS.LIFE!

Caught this movie, One Day. Hmmm can I say I'm not quite a romance-show-type of person in cinemas? Especially probably when you watch a trailer like this that goes kinda long winded like 20 yearssssss. But this is one good movie! Oh well, doesn't happen in reality though. ;)

Been so long since I had late lunch/dinner at Xinwang Hk Cafe! Sad to say the standard dropped like dontknowwhattttt there're way better restaurants than those, definitely. :/ Oh and another round of short shopping walk but I've got nothing again. Pffffft.

Alright, I needa wake up early tomorrow and have dimsum buffet with my darlings, so till then! :)

ITS THE HOLIDAYS!

Finally after a month of torture, I'm free from booooooks! The papers were hell, especially for the last one which I think I'll remodule for it next year, but what to doooo its over :(

As planned, we girls went to have our haircut, they had their treatment (lol) I almost had my hair permed. Still contemplating hmm... Anywayz, spent hours at Starbucks chilling, as usual talking about our future along with some gossips and h2h talks. Me luv it :) 

Night was spent at ECP Lagoon, with good food and our sister who's enlisting soon! Udders icecream next and home sweet home. Was dead beat by then...

Had a good 11hours of sleep before heading out to town! Forgotten when was the last time but it disappointed me :( Nothinggggggg to buy, nothinggggg. Oh yeah before that was at Ikea checking out some furniture and stuffs, followed by a late night movie at Cineleisure! Good good Saturday spent ;) 

So for the next two months I'm gonna enjoy life, yes definitely! :D

I'm gonna update this space based on my memory, hehe. 

Last Saturday, we took out the chance to meet up at Timbre again, this time at Arts House to celebrate the girls' birthdays. The ambience was good, songs were nice, but the customer service sucked.

Ordered this a week earlier with their name initials on from Twelve Cupcakes. Kinda disappointed because it didn't turn out to be what it was supposed to? 

Later in the night, we caught a bimbo movie 'Stupid Crazy Love' it was kinda good? Been so long since I watch this type of shows though. 

A wedding dinner at Orchard Hotel on Sunday! :>

Tuesday, some of us met up to have crabby dinner at Seafood Paradise! Finally fulfilled what we dealed on since ages ago?!?!!?!

TGIF today! Had a shopping spree at H&M today. Was just saying its kinda overrated for people to queue overnight/hours just to get in?! 3 of us took less than 10minutes for 3 rounds I guess? Didn't really have to wait very long but the time we spent inside is O.O Seriously...

 Time flies and so is another month too. Here comes our one week break but this doesn't mean rest.. Need to chiong all the assignments we have on hand and we'll be free very soon! There goes our semester for the 1.5years! 

To love, or to be loved?

Been too lazy and busy to update this space!

Last Sunday, some of us got to meet up for a simple dinner because it was Weimin's first bookout! :D As expected, I met my dearest girl earlier for some shopping ^^v

We tried Lenas for the first time and it was nearly fab! :D For a person like me who's not really into pastas and western for now, I think they changed my taste bud for it. The food was nice, so was the price and the amount of it. Would definitely go back again hehez.

Weimin did all the talking when we were having our dinner at Just Acia. Army boy~~

This is me when I blow my hair diligently. And this is the only day it was like this. I've gone back to the days where I'm too lazy to blowdry again, so now my hair is back to the original hahahaha. My fringe is getting long!!!!

Mug my heart out when it was Tuesday. 10% for 7 chapters of MR is madness. That few hours of sleep really killed me and whenever this happens, I'd ask myself why did I choose to continue my studies :/ Ok la, I'm still struggling on. And the test came out to be only 1 question with 10marks. Kinda sway enough I didn't memorise thoroughly so I used abit of general knowledge plus theory. :/ It'll turn out alright la hehez.

And we got back our MR research proposal with flying colours!!!!! Happy like mad :D 

(Fast forward to Friday night) Went down to 313@Somerset again to do some fieldwork, and met Siewyin for dinner at Crystal Jade Steamboat! It was kinda disappointing, for the food, the soup and ingredients :( But we had a good laugh, didn't we? :D 

National day 2011!

 As promised!!!! 5 of us met up to catch the fireworks this year. :) Yanyan, Siewyin & Jessica, did you realise we're the 4 that managed to watch it every year since 2009? :D Xinghuei is the 'newcomer' this year HAHA. Sy Xh and myself met up earlier to have porridge as lunch, tsk should have told the other two since they were hungry when all of us met up together lor!

Went hunting for food at Raffles SC, then looked for a place to settle down near MBS. The journey there was holy shiat -.- Nevertheless, we got ourselves a good spot! :D

I don't know if it was me, though the fireworks were spectacular but it was... Kinda short and early?  

Pictures did the talking! We stayed back for a lil while to camwhore while waiting for the crowd to go off. End up walking into MBS and waited AN HOUR for a cab. Days like this, cannot drive....

Hehe, if got chance again, lets meet up for fireworks next year! :)

Fever is such a spoiler >:(

After close to 3 months of not seeing each other, we girls finally met up with each other yesterday! <3 Super loved hehe. 

But yours truly just have to fall sick at the wrong time and as a result? I had apple juice + 2 slices of pizza + 2 prawns. How pathetic is that right... :( Luckily Jiebing has got her panadol extra, took it and managed to survive throughout the night ah, if not I think I wouldn't even have the appetite to eat anything at all :(

Talked and laughed about school work, work life of the others. Miss the times when we had such gatherings like this...

This girl met up with me earlier and though she was half an hour late. Took alotttt of pictures together in case next time we don't have any chance hahahah choy!

:( I KO-ed the moment I was home and was shivering like mad even though I didn't have my aircon on, didn't know my fever was that bad till I took a temp of it :O Slept allll the way till this morning, managed to survived that 1.5hrs of tuition but cabbed home. Hate fevers. It makes your whole body ache and head pain till you really wanna be in a coma till you fully recover. Sigh..

So on the last day of holiday, I met up with Xinghuei and Siewyin (again) at Parkway to get our spectacles done. Lunched at Crystal Jade before that. Spent quite some time choosing frames and I kinda luv my frames? :D Hope its good after my thick lens HAHA.

Didn't know time pass so fast, time to meet Zengting and the rest for dinner at Kovan! Was late but not too late, as usual :> Zirchar was nice! Love simple dinners like this, hehe.

We ended quite early, so I went back Bedok Point to find the girls again HAHA. See them almost everyday buay sian sia. But school is starting tomorrow already, sigh.... Wish us goodluck! :(

I didn't realise this space was left alone for 5 days already!! Hahaha but basically, life was all about nua-ing, nua-ing and more nua-ing. Yours truly was sick few days ago and stayed home for a couple of days? :(

Forgot which day of the week though, met up with two of my fav girls, Zengting & Constance for a short dinner at Sakae Teppanyaki. It was kinda.... amazing that we could gossiped quite alot for that couple of hours?! But it was good, love dinners like this ;)

And then I visited my ex colleagues at Nex after dinner with at Barcelos. Similar to Nandos, couldn't really taste the difference though, had Nandos once only?? Hahah next up was a short chat with them while waiting for my phone to be jailbreak, but too bad it couldnt be done for whatever reason. Bought ink catridges and all for my printer, and this comes the frustrating part. I SPENT THE WHOLE NIGHT PRINTING, SLEPT AT 4AM but I've got is only one and a half modules of notes printed. Best thing was my printer spoilt (Y) Sigh............

Today was shopping which all of us promised to come along!! Lunched at Hot Tomato before we started our journey - A long and tiring one. Till 5pm Siewyin went off and we continued walking hahahah. Bought myself a top and bottom, thats it. Not satisfied enough but were so tired already. At the end of the day, we had dinner at Din Tai Fung. Yada yada away and finally cabbed our way home wheeeee. Tomorrow's the last day before school starts on Monday, officially. WO DE TIAN AH~

On the last day of work which is Thursday, allllll of us met up at Bishan for prawning :D Hahahahah had a nice dinner before started prawning at 12am, ended at 3plus??? The most shit thing is that I didn't even get one prawn leh?!?!?!?! Lolz, but nevertheless I enjoyed the last night with them :D

First day of my freedom, I spent the whole afternoon at home before heading out for dinner at Sizzler. Came home with a hard drive and Windows installer CD, spent the whole night doddling with my very very old Compaq so that my mum can use it for watch her DVDs ah, and spent the night laughing at really old videos taken in the past. I miss how we girls were, I miss how things were so simple and how happy we were :(

So... Impromptu meetup with Weijin, Siewyin and Xinghuei! Waited for Weijin to arrive before heading out and while in the car, we changed of minds (actually wanted to go Old Airport Rd to have food) and headed to Mandarin Gallery instead. WE WERE STARVING LIKE MAD.

Then.... We began talking and catching up with each other, followed by walking down the Orchard street aimlessly to Ion, then back to Artease @Cineleisure. Spent 2-3hours sitting down with a BBT and spent the night chatting. GIRLS' TALK (Y) (L) Its really good to talk our hearts out, especially when not so many ppl are around. I hope when we started working, I could just meetup with a few good friends on weekends like this eh.

Then, Xinghuei was very nice to send all of us home (and got lost hahahahaha) By the time we reached home, already 12plus siol. Yay we should meet again like this :D

Shopping is good.

Last off day before I officially end this job at Singtel. I know I gonna miss it when I'm not working but there's always an end to everything yeah? 

So highlight of the day was the shopping trip with Xinghuei. It's been a long time since we both went out like this ah. And unknowingly we had sorta h2h talk last night on MSN lolz. Ok those stuffs asideeeee, we met at FEP! And being the usual us, we were late but she reached later than me -.- FEP has got nothing for us to shop now..... Than we went off to F21 at Orchard Xchange! I must admit I don't know where is it before today ok.... Then we shopped CRAZILY. Why leh? Cos we took quite alot of clothings and went for the fitting room, ended up we wanted to buy E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G we took. Surprisingly because people like us don't always shop alot at F21 please, the one at 313 we walked till sibei sian ah I tell you hahaha.

What I could remember is that we went rounds and rounds and got scared of it already so decided to stoppppp. (We will be back again!) Then ah then, went down to Topshop and achieved our second mission of the day: Bought something from there and get the shopper bag for fwee. Don't ask why are we so cheapskate, but the shopper bag is nice ok!

Tada! This was the picture that Zengting whatsapped to me, saying that could get it for free with any purchase at Topshop. Looks nicer in real life leh hehe. My dear girl was quite sad cos she wanted to buy it yesterday, didn't get to because we've to print it out to show it to the cashier -.- Since I was already at the shop, was thinking to buy one for her lor, along with some nice nail polishes for her ah :) WO HEN NICE RIGHT THANKZ HAHA.

Tsk, girls ah girls, Xinghuei and her colleague, together with myself were walking rounds and rounds in the store again. Finally..... Got the things we like and bought it willingly hahahaha. 

Then... Our sister came! Went to have dinner and caught up with each other :DDD After buying the dect phone for my mummy, Xinghuei and I headed home already. One word: TIRED.

So.. Conclusion? I love today. :) And I don't know why Xh and I always don't take photos. TSK.

RMIT Induction + Crystal Jade @ Holland V (L)

After working consecutively for 5 days, I officially KO-ed on my bed last night before 2am last night and slepttttt all the way till 11am this morning! But obviously still not enough for me ah :( Anywayyyy, we made our way down to Clementi again, this time round for RMIT's induction programme. Nothing much in fact, its just a lil videos and introduction on the school itself.... The feeling of being in the LT again can be quite haunting and I missed how noisy we were in TP LTs! 

Later part of the day is what we looked forward to though. Crystal Jade XLB steamboat at Holland V with the girls above! ^^ We finally found a group of people who can eat as much as us hor, Xinghuei? HAHA. Was it 50 xlbs we had?!?!?! And still got plates and plates of meat ok hello.....

Hehe, then we went separate ways. Uhhhh, to town la as usual. A short window shopping with them before the tiredness kicked in. So we ended our day by taking cab to our respective homes :D

Next off day will be on Friday, which I need to use it wisely, especially a good chance to do sourcing for ZAG&ZAG.
